At Convertra, we respect your privacy. Uploaded files are processed automatically for the sole purpose of completing the conversion or tool action you request.

Files are not intended for permanent storage. Uploaded and generated files may be removed automatically after processing or after a short period of inactivity to keep the service efficient and secure.

We do not sell uploaded files, and we do not manually review them as part of normal service operation. However, automated logging and system monitoring may be used to maintain reliability, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot errors.
